School Based Health Centers
A School-based Health Center (SBHC) is a health clinic that:
  • is located in a public school facility where students are primarily located;
  • is organized through school, community, and local health provider relationships; and 
  • offers primary health services to children and school staff provided by health professionals in accordance with State and local law, including laws relating to licensure and certification
